We are honored to collaborate with the exceptional Jervois Steak House to exclusively pair a custom built menu with some of our finest wines.
This will include England’s finest fizz from a young and exciting producer turning the wine critics heads to English terroir – Digby Fine English. We will show you the incredible Burgundy wines of Domaine Testut, and following this we bring you to what Wine Spectator believed to be the world’s greatest wine in 2018: the Syrah’s of legendary Washington State producer Charles Smith and his winery K Vintners. Next up is the top Barsac wines of Château Climens, and finally to round off proceedings, we will have ultra prestigous Cognac House, Hine. A splendid evening all round no doubt.

Continuing the endless journey that is Burgundy wine! With a focus on the Premier Cru designation in particular we have selected our top Burgundian wines to go alongside some delicious dishes and a cheeky cognac to conclude.
