This summer, we’re painting the town Provençal pink and not beating around the bush… Introducing the newest Côtes de Provence Rosé straight from the Mediterranean pink powerhouse to our own shores – Château Bel Esprit by Les Domaines Montaud.
Château Bel Esprit
- Rosé AOP Côtes de Provence 2024
- 13% ABV | Grenache, Cinsault, Vermentino (known as Rolle in France)
- Cold maceration before pressing. Thermo-regulated vinification. Aged in vats on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.
- Serve between 8-10°C. Ideal for an aperitif or a barbecue. It also complements Thai food, such as grilled prawns with coconut milk and Thai basil.
Delicate and pearly pink. A soft bouquet of fruits with aromas of citrus, white peach and greenage plum. On the palate, Bel Esprit Rosé perfectly embodies the style of the House. The wine reflects a beautiful freshness, finesse and a well established structure. It ends on a spicy note.
