Cucumber & Spearmint Infusion

with Mezcal Coyotero

Ingredients
  • 1½ oz Mezcal Coyotero
  • 2 oz cucumber and Spearmint concentrate
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • Glassware: Old Fashioned glass (12 oz)
  • Technique: Shake
  • Garnish: Cucumber peel inside the glass
  • Rim: Agave worm salt (traditional Oaxacan seasoning)
Preparation:
  1. Add about 5 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Combine Mezcal Coyotero, cucumber and mint concentrate, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Rim an Old Fashioned glass with Agave worm salt.
  5. Strain and serve.
  6. Garnish with a strip of cucumber peel inside the glass.
